Supply Chain Manager: Coordinate activities relating to production, purchasing, material requirements planning (MRP), inventory, warehousing, distribution, receiving, or financial forecasting services to limit costs & improve accuracy, customer service & safety. Coordinate the logistics & make recommendations for efficient movement, storage & processing of inventory. Be responsible for inventory management & develop & maintain detailed inventories of materials & quantity of supplies located in the company to optimize production. Develop/implement procedures/systems to evaluate/select suppliers. Forecast material costs, schedule expenditures, develop standard cost lists & analyze variances for efficient category management. Review & approve all operational invoices & insure they are submitted for payment using Quickbooks. Require Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics & 2 years of work experience in Logistics or Category Management.
